Hp Pavilion 23Xi Issues Windows 7 64 Bit
Using a Radeon chipset video card because the onboard video does not support the new monitor.I have tried different cables (2 different HDMI cables and a DVI instead) and there is no difinitive difference. If I attach the monitor to a Mac mini, there is no problem. This only happen on Windows 7 64 bit with latest updated. Now it will not wake up when any keys is pressed or moving of the mouse. Also, I am running multiple mobitors and the other two work fine throughout these failures so that should rule out the video card (which is brand new).I replaced my old monitor with a HP Pavilion 23xi.
